Long time no see! Since our last issue, half of our team has moved out of Toronto, and over the summer, we took a break to figure out how to continue the magazine while no longer being together physically. It’s good to be back!
This is a new stage for Class Favourite: We have shifted to releasing every month both digitally and in print. Class Favourite is now screenprinted in-house in limited quantities monthly and mailed to our readers who can subscribe from anywhere in the world. Whether you’re reading this online or in our screenprinted copies, we want to thank you for supporting this project. Our goal is to expand our content to include more theory and written works about topics that we personally engage with, along with visual art. As always, our goal is to prioritize content and design that excites us and reflects our understanding of the culture we experience. We accept and welcome submissions from artists of all disciplines and hope that our digital and print platform will broaden the content of any medium we can feature. In this issue, you will read some of our team's writings from the past little while, and more work can be found on our updated website. As each issue continues to evolve, we will be sharing more work collected from submissions and within our growing community.
Thank you all for sticking with us over this change in our lives and in this project, and we cannot wait to grow further together. In a time of economic and societal uncertainty, we want to remind you that everything is possible in community and that there is always space and time for art and creative pursuits, despite external limitations.
WITH MUCH LOVE,
THE CLASS FAVOURITE TEAM <33333
